I am a primary care provider who has had extensive training in medical care, mental health, medical medication-assisted treatment, and weight loss. I am here to help you get to the root of your specific medical, mental health, addiction problems, and weight loss challenges. I understand that medical and mental health, addiction, and weight loss are very personal processes, and I have the medical tools and resources to develop a highly personalized plan specific to your unique biological makeup.
